CAUSES OF DAMAGE AND RENOVATION OF THE CENTRAL TIMBER DOME DIOCESE OF PANČEVO

Building of the Diocese located in the center of Pancevo, on the edge of the City Park, the building is of great historical and cultural significance. History of bygone times in this area is embedded in all joints of her walls. Historical documents mention its existence back in the thirties of the nineteenthcentury. In previous times, it issuffered a variety of rehabilitation, reconstruction, repurposing, caused by poor, good or unconscious intentions oh the people, historical trends and the impact of weather conditions. At the moment it is in a state that, thanks to brilliance and splendor of the facade, to the ordinary passer, inscrutable and completely marginal, but a walk through the hallways, stairs, numerousrooms and attic, the people of the profession gives alarming signals to quickly and rationally understood and go with concrete, rehabilitation and reconstruction activities, in order to prevent the influence of rain, wind, soon and snow, coupled with the impact of people, make major damage to the building as a whole. This paper presents observationsrelated to the structural condition of the central dome, ie, damage to individual structural elements, concept design, geometric characteristics and observed earlier, structural failures.

DYNAMIC STABILITY OF THE BRIDGE "GOCE DELČEV" IN SKOPJE

This paper presents the dynamic analysis of prestressed reinforced concrete road bridge "Goce Delchev" over the river Vardar in Skopje from the aspect of dynamic stability. The bridge span is 88,00m with overhangs2x29,20m, founded on wells (caissons) whereby the height of the upper edge of the well to the upper edge of the bridge is 14,37m. The longitudinal slope of the bridge is in the gentle slope of 0.57%. Experimental testing on theforced vibrations of the bridge was performed, and then a mathematical model was formed and dynamic analysiswas made. This was necessary, because the superstructure of the bridge is complex cross-section and behaves differently in the longitudinal and transverse direction and the effect of different soil-structure interaction. From all of the above it can be seen that the obtained corresponding influences mutually greatly match.
