Abstract

Economic transformation in the Republic of Serbia caused significant changes in the structure and needs of companies. Architecture must inevitably follow the emergence of a large number of small and medium enterprises. New architectural structures are formed with a large number of functions. One of these facilities is business and manufacturing center “FAZI” in Nis. Through review and analysis of this building recommendations for the design of such facilities can be established.
